Rice with Creamy Salmon and Snow Peas Preperation Time10 Minutes
Ingredients

2 cups cooked HINODE White Rice (Microwavable, Fragrant, Long, Medium or Short Grain)

3/4 cup white wine

3/4 cup of fish stock
-
2 1/2 cup fresh cream

14 oz. snow peas
-
1 1/2 lbs. salmon (approx. 3 breasts), cut into large strips

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 bunch fresh dill, chopped
Method

Place wine and stock into a pan and bring to a boil, simmer until reduced by half.

Add cream, bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by half again.

Add snow peas, simmer for a minute then add salmon.

Season to taste and simmer until salmon is cooked to your liking (approx. 5-6 minutes).

Stir in chopped dill. Serve salmon and sauce on a bed of freshly cooked HINODE White Rice.
Tips
-
HINODE Brown Rice can be used in place of HINODE White Rice.

Salmon is best when pink in the center. Do not overcook to keep salmon moist.
Variations

Try replacing snow peas with oyster mushrooms.
