Brown Rice and Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 4 cups HINODE Long Grain Rice (90 Second, White or Brown)
  • 1 lb. diced chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp. ginger, crushed
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 5 tbsp. soy sauce

Method

  • Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  • Add chicken and stir fry until cooked.
  • Add ginger and garlic, fry gently for a minute.
  • Prepare HINODE Long Grain Rice per package instructions.
  • Add rice and stir fry until rice is hot.
  • Add soy sauce and spring onions and heat for another minute.

Tips

  • Use light soy sauce for a less salty taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro.

Variations

  • Try adding some vegetables such as Asian greens after you added the chicken.
