Brown Rice and Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry Preperation Time05 Minutes
Ingredients

4 cups HINODE Long Grain Rice (90 Second, White or Brown)

1 lb. diced chicken breast

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. sesame oil
-
1 tsp. garlic, crushed
-
2 tsp. ginger, crushed
-
1 cup sliced green onions
-
5 tbsp. soy sauce
Method
-
Heat oil in a non stick pan.

Add chicken and stir fry until cooked.

Add ginger and garlic, fry gently for a minute.

Prepare HINODE Long Grain Rice per package instructions.

Add rice and stir fry until rice is hot.

Add soy sauce and spring onions and heat for another minute.
Tips
-
Use light soy sauce for a less salty taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Variations

Try adding some vegetables such as Asian greens after you added the chicken.
